Gargi Agriculture Institute Exam Refund Policy

Gargi Agriculture Institute strives to provide a fair and transparent examination process for all candidates. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which a candidate may be eligible for a refund of their exam fee.

Refundable Conditions:

• Cancellation by Gargi Agriculture Institute: If Gargi Agriculture Institute cancels the exam due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the exam fee will be issued to all registered candidates.
• Double booking: If a candidate accidentally books for the same exam twice, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate booking, provided the candidate informs the institute within 7 working days of the duplicate booking.
• Medical reasons: If a candidate is unable to take the exam due to a documented medical emergency, a full refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis. The candidate must submit a written request and the relevant medical documentation to the institute for review.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

• Failing to meet eligibility criteria: If a candidate is found to be ineligible for the exam, their fee will not be refunded.
• Not appearing for the exam: Candidates who do not appear for the exam without any prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation by candidate: If a candidate wishes to cancel their exam registration, their refund will be subject to the following conditions:
  • 1 days or more before the exam date: A 75% refund of the exam fee will be issued.
  • Less than 0 days or On exam day before the exam date: No refund will be issued.

Processing Refunds:

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by registered mail  within 24 Hours of the incident that qualifies the candidate for a refund.
• Once a refund request is received and reviewed, the processing time for the refund may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
